I permit SFYC to use my child's photo on the chorus website, chorus social media pages and in various promotional materials. I understand that his/her name, address or phone number will NOT be associated with such photos.

Fall tuition can be refunded minus $175 for processing fees up until September 1, 2023, or tuition may be credited toward future semesters at San Francisco Youth Chorus or SummerGATE. No refunds will be granted after this time.
